A 5 bedroom villa with breathtaking views. Large doors open onto the private driveway to the main house. Beautiful extended with palm trees and Mediterranean flowers that surround the 16x8m pool.
The ground floor is covered with marble and consists of a large living room, dining room, kitchen with adjacent dining area. Two large windows opening onto the covered terrace. The table in the dining room accommodates 10 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a covered patio with a dining table pergola.
A marble staircase leads to the upper floor.
The master bedroom (en suite with bath) with a balcony overlooking the terrace by the pool and the sea.
Two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobe and bathroom. All rooms have wooden floors and air conditioning. The guest house independent (55 m²), is reached by a small bridge. It consists of a living room with kitchen, a small bedroom with twin beds, shower / WC and air-conditioning.
The lower ground floor: large living room the size of the ground floor with home theater.
